This is a relaxation of an earlier requirement to be logged in for any property detail page other than our featured properties. I believe that saving the most recent properties for our clients who are logged in allows us to better serve them. They see these houses very soon after they come to market, and these are the same people who are very interested in the details of the property. These people are the ones who click on the “New Today” link and the “New last 3 days” links in the main menu. They have the pulse of the market and are looking for the right one to call us about.

Others, who are not yet ready to purchase a property can still get a good view of the market, and see the details of properties that have been around a little longer. If you are in this group, but are ready to make a sale or purchase call Ric at 541-740-7992. Register on this site and start seeing properties as they emerge. Tell us what you are looking for and let us suprise you with properties you may not be familiar with.

So, keep logging in. We are having record days here on the site, thanks to you, our registered users. And please let us know how we can serve you better.

This one is called “Corvallis/Philomath 400-550k with 2750 sqft” and it shows properties that are between $400,000 and $550,000 with atlease 2,750 square ft of space located in Philomath or Corvallis.

You can try it by logging in to http://www.teamvega.net (this web site) and rating at least one property (to make it a little bit interesting

To rate a property, I suggest locating a property (preferably one you like) and going to it’s detailed page view. This is the page with the pictures that you can hover over and see a big one in it’s place as well as other property details.

Then, on the right hand side, in the “next steps” box, you’ll see “Rate Me” with a 1 to 5. Click “5″ to say you love this property (don’t worry, you can change your mind later). Now that you have rated one property, you are ready to Start the Auto Recommender!

To Start the Auto Recommender, look to the left hand side of the screen, and you’ll see a box with the heading “Recommender Properties”. In that box is the text “Start Auto Recommender”. Click that, and it will analyze your rated properties, and suggest properties for you to rate. Find more you like and rate them, and you’ll be one your way to finding new interesting properties.

After you rate some more, click “Run Auto Recommender” in the box you clicked “Start Auto Recommender” before and it will re-run the recommender. In this same box, is a list of the top 10 properties that the Auto Recommender thinks you might like.

Don’t forget, though, that when you find the right property, to call us. And we’ll take it to the finish line for you.

This shows you a few things. The first is that there are properties that other people have found but you haven’t (yet!). The second is that our featured properties get viewed many times. List with us, and get your property on our featured property list (or arrange it with your broker, have them call us so we can work something out). And lastly, this shows that there are many of you!
